In our restaurant, the Manchega cuisine merges with current proposals to offer a different gastronomic experience, with local products and flavors that reconnect with the land.

From Monday to Thursday, enjoy our menu and, on weekends, let yourself be surprised by the chef’s suggestions.

For staying guests, we have Menu of the Day (Dinner) from Monday to Saturday, where you can choose between several options of dishes, so you can make the menu to your taste.

Also open to the general public, (NOT hosted customers) we organize dinners with customized menus, in addition to having children and dietary options on request.

All this in a spacious and welcoming space that combines tradition with a contemporary touch.
